Okay.... here's what you've all been waiting for.... the rates and schedule for payment. Please read all of the information below.

I'm including this info from the Event page so you have it handy:

Rate for Non-local Attendees:
(This rate is based on 15 people attending. If more than 15 people attend, the rate will be less.)
$486 per person

Additional Cost: tip for shuttle driver, flight cost, dinner Thursday evening, shuttle to and from St. Malo's Chapel on the Rock, activities in Estes Park.
Price Includes: 4 nights accomodations at Four Winds and Breezeway Cabins at the YMCA of the Rockies, all meals except for Thursday dinner, round trip shuttle service between the Denver International Airport and the YMCA of the Rockies, shuttle service to/from the Colorado River, one full-day of whitewater rafting on the Colorado River, one riverside buffet style lunch with a beverage, shuttle to/from Estes Park, 3 evenings of snacks/drinks, and afternoon snacks/drinks, 3 evening campfire circle rentals.




Rate for Local Attendees Staying Off-site:
$235 per person

Additional Cost: dinner Thursday evening, shuttle to and from St. Malo's Chapel on the Rock, activities in Estes Park.
Price Includes: Activities at the Y of the Rockies (excludes fee-based activities), all meals except for Thursday dinner, shuttle service to/from the Colorado River, one full-day of whitewater rafting on the Colorado River, one riverside buffet style lunch with a beverage, shuttle to/from Estes Park, 3 evenings of snacks/drinks and afternoon snacks/drinks, 3 evening campfire circle rentals.

Important Information to Consider When Booking Your Flight:
The Estes Park Shuttle runs on a set schedule.

From the airport the shuttle picks up at these times:
8 AM, 10 AM, 1 PM, 4 PM, 7 PM, and 10 PM.

The shuttle picks up from the YMCA of the Rockies to go back to the airport at these times:
5 AM, 7 AM, 10 AM, 1 PM, 4 PM, and 7 PM.

Please keep in mind that check in time at the Y is after 3 PM and check out time is at 10 AM. The shuttle will need to pick you up from the YMCA of the Rockies 3 hours before your scheduled flight. Please let me know what your flight agenda is as soon as you book your flight.

I've already put a deposit down on the cabins at the YMCA of the Rockies for two of the four nights out of my own pocket ($538.00). You may call my booking agent, Jessica Wormington at the YMCA of the Rockies to confirm that I have done this (the name they have given to our group is Catholic Singles, and the phone at the Y of the Rockies is 888-584-9622). I still need to put down another $538.00 to reserve the 2 remaining nights, but don't have the funds to do that out of my own pocket, so I will be using some of the money from the deposits I receive to do this. I have informed Jessica Wormington of this, and she has said she will keep the other 2 nights for us.

Here is the payment schedule:

January 31: First payment of $100 is due for non-local and local attendees to reserve your spot. I know I originally posted in the forum that it would be $150, but I think this would be easier for everyone to manage. People who would like to reserve a spot after this date may still send in a deposit of $100, but they are not guaranteed a spot in the two cabins. The overflow attendees will need to stay in one of the YMCA's lodges. The YMCA has informed me that they will accomodate all overflow attendees.

March 31: Second payment of $150 is due for non-local attendees. Second payment of $135 is due for local attendees.

May 31: Third payment of $150 is due for non-local attendees.

June 30: Remaining amount of $86 is due for non-local attendees. If you are not planning on rafting, this final amount will not be due.
